*This position is open and available for both the Norwood Park location and the Addison location.
We seek a motivated practice manager to join our fast-growing, highly engaged and fun team! The goal of this practice office manager will be to continue to grow the practice further by taking charge of the business’ operations. We have multiple practice managers amongst multiple different offices as we scale.
The ideal candidate will have an entrepreneur mindset, experience in financial practice growth and possess the skills necessary to multitask effectively and efficiently along with being production and goal oriented. The practice office manager will be the key point of contact for the dental team members, responsible for establishing protocols and processes, while acting as a liaison between the practice and the other practice managers and business owners.
Skills & Qualifications:
-Prior managerial experience required, dental experience a plus
-Excellent communication skills, service-minded, willing to go above and beyond
-Friendly and engaging, comfortable with patient interaction including kids
-Positive team player with initiative to ensure overall business success
-Experience with dental software, Dentrix Ascend
-Experience reviewing and acting on financial reports
Duties & Responsibilities include, but not limited to:
-Growing the practice ethically, ensuring all processes and protocols are streamlined and efficient
-Overseeing front desk and clinical operations (via head dental assistant)
-Marketing including online management and regular social media updates
-Lead by example and coach team to provide exceptional patient experiences
-Focus on a productive schedule that supports dentists and hygienists as they delivery high quality patient care
-Work within budget guidelines to maximize supported office profitability
-Coordinate daily team huddles, weekly team meetings and quarterly practice business meetings.
-Provide ongoing feedback and consistent feedback and planning via working alongside business admin (# 2 in organization) and CEO, including other practice managers within our offices
-Maintain and implement protocols/guidelines in regards to patient privacy (HIPAA) and team member safety (OSHA), along with ensuring proper dental records are being kept
-HR to fill out your team of assistants, front desk personnel, doctors
Get in on the ground floor, significant potential for growth into regional and/or district manager position

Salary: $50,000.00 to $80,000.00 /year
