Name: Bourbon Trail Business Participation
Date: March 1, 2024
Time: 6:00 PM - 9:00 PM CST
Registration: Sorry, public registration for this event has been closed.
Event Description:

Our second annual Norwood Park Bourbon Trail event is scheduled for Friday, March 1st. Rain, snow or shine from 6pm - 9pm. This is the perfect way to meet potential clients and promote your business in a relaxed, fun atmosphere, while serving up some tasty bourbon and light bites.

What's in it for your business!?!
Each participating business will receive the attendee contact database after the event for your marketing use.

Pre event marketing will include Instagram / Facebook reels as well as paid advertising on social platforms tagging participating businesses. We had great success with this last year. Each reel had over 1,000 views!

Attendance last year was 75 strong on the coldest day of 2023! We are capping ticket sales at 100 for this event.

Each participating business will receive four bottles (of the same) bourbon and ONE ounce pourers (this keeps us compliant with the various city, county and state liquor rules).

What we ask of you-
Have adequate staff to engage with participants during the ENTIRE time frame. 6:00pm to 9:00pm.

Provide a light bite / snack to go along with your provided bourbon. We can assist if you’d like pairing ideas. Even better if you have a recipe card to go along.

Recommended:
Have a coupon, promotional piece, or other marketing piece to engage with participants. Either to capture their contact info again or to entice them to return (or both!). Note, one person may buy tickets for multiple people, so having this option will increase your database even more.

-All participating businesses and their employees are expected to serve as a positive representation of the community, and at no time should there be any illegal activities taking place at the event. Any participant found in violation of these rules can be fined and/or immediately removed from the event, as well as prosecuted at the Organizer’s discretion.

-NPCC employees, related event providers, and participating sponsors shall NOT be responsible for any injury, loss or damage that may occur to the participant, its employees or property, prior to, during or subsequent to the period covered by the participant contract. The participant signing this contract expressly releases all of the aforementioned from any and all claims from such loss, damage or injury.

Location:
Participants will check in at WineStyles on Northwest Highway. Businesses not on or near Northwest Highway are encouraged to host a pop up station in the train station, or partner with a business on the route.

The final stop will be Norwood Royal Cigars. Raffle will be held at 9pm.
