Event Description:
Welcome to the 2023 Norwood Park Chamber of Commerce Fall Fest Business Vendor application page.
Fall Fest is our largest fund raising event of the year.
Our festival includes live entertainment for all ages. This year we have two different children's areas. One for the "littles" (considered single digit ages) and one for the tweens and teens. Music includes local and national artists encompassing rock, country, and blues from multiple eras. This years music lineup can be found here:https://www.npfallfest.org/bands
The festival draws over 10,000 attendees from all over the city and suburbs.
PRICING: This year we are encouraging all of our vendors to participate ALL weekend. There is no additional fee for Friday this year. Please select the free Friday add on if you wish to participate.
SPACE: 10x10. Vendor is responsible for providing tent, tables, chairs and any additional needs. Please do not block the walkway in front of your space with sales racks etc.
SET UP:
Friday set up beings at 12:00 noon and must be completed by 4pm. Booth must be staffed from 5pm until 10pm on Friday.
Saturday set up begins at 9am and must be complete by 11am. Booth must be staffed from 12:00 noon to 8:00pm. Booth may be taken down as crowd control allows after 8pm. NO vehicles are allowed in the festival grounds until after 10pm.
Sales tax: Vendor is responsible for reporting and paying all sales tax as appropriate.
Security: Norwood Park Chamber of Commerce does provide overnight security. Please do not leave cash or easily removable valuables insight and overnight. The Norwood Park Chamber of Commerce and The City of Chicago take no responsibility for valuables left overnight.
